Born in 1949, in Ljubljana, Slovenian Slavoj Žižek is one of the best-known contemporary philosphers He was politically very active in the alternative movement in Slovenia during the 1980s, and was a presidential candidate in 1990.

Jonathan Meese (*1971) belongs a new generation of German artists currently gaining international recognition. He describes himself as a "cultural exorcist" and has worked with various media, from painting to theater, performance, and books.

The publication is part of the series of artists' projects edited by Christoph Keller.
